WHY
CDGS Co., Ltd. is a leading tech company that works on developing and designing technologies for government agencies. One hundred percent of their customers are government agencies and state-owned enterprises, organizations whose improvements are of direct benefit to the Thai people. CDGS needed a corporate culture reformation after having been established for over 50 years. They needed an Innovative Corporate Culture to be more agile in product development.
HOW
I and Nantanat, my colleague at RISE IMPACT, co-designed and conducted an intensive program to be a sandbox for the CDGS staff to develop products with a new approach based on agile mindset - by applying Design Thinking and Lean in the coaching process. The program was run twice for 2 staff cohorts (over 50 talents in total). Each cohort lasts for 3 months.
I coached the teams to understand and answer the needs of customers and consumers precisely. I guided them through hypothesis testing, trial and error that helped them learn through real execution such as interviewing their customers, conducting field research, crafting the user journeys, defining the MVPs until they came up with unassailable ideas for the best products and services to offer government agencies, which are their clients.
