WHY

Do you have ideas to tackle the world’s pressing problems but don’t know where to start?

Do you want to make the ideas tangible, validate them, and get them going?

I and my team at RISE IMPACT partnered with the National Innovation Agency (NIA) Thailand to provide the Social Innovation Workshop, a short intensive hands-on workshop for those who want to realize their purposeful ideas within 2 days.

HOW

The workshop was designed to fit into 2 days as a quick idea launchpad with many interactive and hands-on activities. The key frameworks I applied in the workshop process are Theory of Change, Lean Startup, Impact Business Model Canvas.

OUTCOME

12 interesting ideas were explored and tested with the real customers/users. Some of them were actually executed. Of course, not all of the ideas survived.
The participants reflected they learned the important thought process for their future social innovation projects.
